The bonding curve

There is no order book and no counterparty. The price is set by a formula: the more tokens are bought, the higher the price climbs, along a curve fixed at launch and impossible to change afterwards.

The creator picks the bonding target — how much needs to be raised before the token migrates — between 3 and 6.5 ETH. The target only changes the scale, never the shape: the price multiple from launch to migration is roughly 4.5× at any target.

A lower target migrates sooner; a higher one leaves a deeper pool behind.

Refunds — the part that matters

On a normal launchpad, if you buy at a $20K market cap and the price halves, you have half your money. Here you get your contribution back instead, minus the fee, whatever the price has done.

Buy in at any market cap, at any point on the curve, and withdraw at any time before it bonds. Price movement alone can never wipe you out — the only thing you ever risk is the service fee.

Launch modes

The creator’s share of the trading fee has three possible destinations. The choice is made at launch and cannot be changed.

Fees

The refund fee does not go to the creator. That is deliberate: a creator should never profit from someone leaving.

Migration

When the curve reaches its target the token bonds: everything raised, minus the platform fee, goes into a Uniswap pool together with the remaining token supply.

The LP tokens are sent to a burn address. Not locked, not vested — destroyed. Nobody can ever pull that liquidity out, including us. You can verify it on the explorer: the LP balance sits at an address whose private key does not exist.

At the same moment the token’s owner() becomes the zero address. Every privileged function stops working, permanently.

Forced migration

Once a curve passes 70% of its target, anyone can force the migration early for a flat 0.10 ETH fee. It exists so a token cannot be held hostage by a creator who has walked away.

After migration

The token trades on Uniswap like any other. A 1% tax applies to swaps against the pool — wallet-to-wallet transfers are free — and where it goes depends on the launch mode.

The tax accumulates inside the token contract and is converted in batches once it passes a threshold, rather than on every trade, because doing it every time would make trading far more expensive in gas.

Referrals

Every profile has a referral link. If someone arrives through it and later sells, 25% of their refund fee goes to the referrer, automatically and forever. Nothing to claim, no registration.

What to know before using it

The contracts are unaudited. They execute exactly as written and nobody has reviewed them independently. Read them on the explorer — they are verified.

The refund is a mechanism, not a guarantee of profit. It protects you from price movement while on the curve. It does not protect you after migration, and it does not make any token a good investment.

Scanners will flag these tokens. The token has a transfer tax, and the launchpad can reclaim tokens from a holder before bonding — that is how refunds work mechanically. No automated tool can tell that apart from a malicious contract, so expect warnings and read the code yourself.

Most tokens fail. That is true of every launchpad. This one changes what happens to your money while the token is on the curve, not the odds that it succeeds.
